2019 August Induction Elangomats

Elangomats are a critical part of the Induction. As an Elangomat, you will act as a leader and guide to a group of Ordeal candidates. The Elangomat willingly gives himself to the purpose and spirit of the Order so that new members might gain from the deep and powerful experience of the Ordeal. Serving as an Elangomat is truly an exceptional and rewarding experience.

The responsibilities of an Elangomat include the following:

• Aid in illuminating an understanding of the principles of the Order to the candidates.
• Take the initiative in performing service and accomplishing tasks.
• Be a continual example of the spirit of the Order.
• Ensure that the candidates fully follow the challenges of the Induction.
• Show the Ordeal candidates respect.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the candidates.

There is not cost to attend the Induction for Elangomats. They must register on Eventbrite.
